Daniel Ivey-Soto, JD, PRP is the Executive Director of Vandelay Solutions, providing technical assistance and training to the New Mexico’s County Clerks and a Shareholder at InAccord, P.C., a law firm serving small businesses and local governments. He is currently the Legal Liaison for the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP) and previously served as District Director within NAP, as well as a member of the Bylaws Revision Committee of NAP, charged with re-designing the structure of the largest organization of parliamentarians in the world. In New Mexico, Daniel served 12 years as a member of the State Senate and is a former State Elections Director and Associate Deputy Secretary of State.
