Lucy Hicks Anderson, Esq., PRP is an experienced parliamentarian with credentials earned from the American Institute of Parliamentarians (AIP) and the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP). She is a licensed attorney in Texas and a member of Texas Bar College.
Lucy is District 6 Director of (NAP) and a NAP Board of Directors member. She is a former Chair of the NAP Ethics Committee and a past president of the Texas State Association of Parliamentarians.
She has conducted numerous parliamentary workshops and presentations. She has mentored students in the study of parliamentary procedure for completion of both the NAP membership exam, the NAP Registered Parliamentarian (RP) exam, and the NAP Professional Registered Parliamentarian (PRP) exam.
